QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: MPH/MBA/Masters in Sociology / Social Work/ Population Studies / Demography/ Anthropology

Experience: 2 years of relevant experience (in environment health/ climate change/ MCH). Publications in indexed journals are an added advantage  

Language: Proficient in written and spoken English.

Skill Set:

Environment, Exposure assessment, Climate–health linkages, Environmental monitoring, Risk mapping, Sustainability awareness, Geo-spatial mapping (GIS) and

Lives and Livelihoods, Social determinants of health, Community engagement, Vulnerability assessment, Household economic profiling, Field coordination, Behavioral insights

SALARY: Commensurate with experience

JOB DESCRIPTION:

·        Assess environmental exposures relevant to MCH

·        Support environmental data collection (primary or secondary)

·        Conduct spatial or climate-linked risk assessments

·        Contribute to reporting on environment-health linkages

·        Assess socioeconomic and household vulnerability

·        Coordinate community-based data collection

·        Map social support systems and livelihood patterns

·        Support qualitative and mixed-method components

·        Engage with community stakeholders for implementation

·        Any other duties assigned by team lead.
