Social Media Strategist

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Chennai for a Social Media Strategist. The Social Media Strategist will be responsible for creating and implementing effective social media strategies, managing and optimizing social media platforms, and developing content tailored to increase engagement. Additional responsibilities include analyzing social performance data, coordinating with team members to maintain brand consistency, and identifying growth opportunities through innovative campaigns across multiple platforms.

• Experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication and Public Relations skills
• Proficiency in Content Strategy development and execution
• Creative thinking with the ability to understand and maintain brand identity
• Prior experience managing campaigns on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Familiarity with analytics tools for reporting and performance tracking
• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
