Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Marketing Strategist who can take complete ownership of social media growth for our clients. This role requires someone who understands audience psychology, creates high-performing content strategies, and can translate business goals into measurable social media outcomes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute result-driven social media strategies for B2C brands
  • Plan and manage content calendars across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
  • Create and oversee engaging content (posts, reels, campaigns, storytelling formats)
  • Optimize social media presence to improve reach, engagement, and conversions
  • Track performance metrics and provide actionable insights and reports
  • Collaborate with design, content, and performance marketing teams
  • Manage brand communication and ensure consistency in tone and messaging
  • Stay updated with trends, algorithms, and emerging social media tools


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Social Media Marketing and SMO Proven experience working with and growing B2C brand social media accounts (mandatory)
  • Strong understanding of content strategy, audience targeting, and platform algorithms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong Public Relations and stakeholder communication abilities
  • Hands-on experience with social media tools, analytics, and scheduling platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
