Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Specialist role based in Ahmedabad. The selected candidate will manage social media accounts, participate in creative ideation, execute social media campaigns, develop engaging content, maintain trackers and implement strategies for social media optimisation (SMO). Daily tasks include crafting compelling posts, driving engagement with target audiences, analysing metrics, and collaborating with the marketing team to enhance brand presence across digital platforms. The role requires staying updated on social media trends and using them to enhance campaign effectiveness, while understanding the brand deeply. We are looking for someone full of energy and quick with identifying industry trends and help the brand adapt to them.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred


Key Skills


  • Expertise in Digital Marketing and general Marketing practices
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimisation (SMO)
  • Strong Communication and Writing skills to create compelling and engaging content (short-form/static)
  • Well-versed with Canva and basic video editing for short-form content
  • Knowledge of key social media platforms, content management tools, and analytics tools
  • Creative thinking and adaptability to work effectively in a team
