This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist, based in Chandigarh. The role involves planning and managing engaging social media campaigns, creating original content tailored for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, and analyzing performance metrics to improve strategies. Key responsibilities include optimizing digital marketing efforts to align with the company’s brand identity, collaborating with the team for effective promotions, and actively engaging with the online community to grow the brand's presence.

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
• Understanding of Digital Marketing and Marketing strategies
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and identify improvements
• Creative mindset with an eye for aesthetics and brand consistency
• Knowledge of tools like Google Analytics, social media scheduling platforms, and design software is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience in the beauty or wellness industry is a bonus
