Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Marketing Specialist role, based in Surat. The selected candidate will develop and execute social media marketing strategies, create engaging content tailored to various platforms, and analyze performance metrics to enhance campaigns. The role also involves close collaboration with the marketing and design teams to create cohesive campaigns and drive brand engagement. Staying updated on industry trends and identifying opportunities to improve social media presence are an integral part of this position. Qualifications Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation Strong expertise in Digital Marketing and Marketing strategies Excellent verbal and written Communication skills Ability to analyze social media performance metrics and adjust campaigns for improved results Strong understanding of platform algorithms and trends (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others) Creative mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills Prior experience in a similar role is preferred Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
