This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist based in Gurugram. The specialist will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing social media strategies and campaigns across various platforms. Daily tasks include creating engaging and original social media content, managing accounts, monitoring campaign performance, analyzing metrics, and collaborating with team members to align campaigns with broader marketing objectives.

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
• Experience in Digital Marketing and Marketing strategies
• Strong Communication skills and the ability to engage with diverse audiences
• Analytical mindset to monitor and optimize social media campaign performance
• Knowledge of current social media trends and platforms
• Experience with design tools and visual content creation is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
