Role Description The Social Media Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara. This role involves planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to promote BIT’s programs and brand. The specialist will manage daily social media activity, monitor performance metrics, and optimize campaigns to drive reach, engagement, leads, and community growth. Responsibilities include collaborating with faculty and marketing teams to develop campaigns, maintaining a consistent brand voice, responding to audience interactions, and staying current with platform trends and best practices. The role may also involve supporting broader digital marketing initiatives, including basic analytics reporting and coordination with external partners when required.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing, including campaign planning and performance tracking.
- Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation and Marketing, with the ability to tailor messages to different platforms and audiences.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear messaging and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics) and basic data interpretation for optimization.
- Ability to work on-site in Vadodara, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced academic environment.
- Relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field; prior experience in education or training services is an advantage.
