Role Description

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media & Creative Executive to manage and grow our social media presence.

This role involves handling social media accounts, creating campaigns, designing posts, and managing consistent posting schedules across platforms.

This is a full-time, on-site role in Rajkot, where you will work directly under the founder’s guidance, gaining hands-on experience in real-world branding and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day social media accounts across platforms
• Create and execute creative social media campaigns
• Design engaging posts, creatives, and visuals
• Ability to edit short reels and real-time shoot videos (animation editing is a plus, but not mandatory)
• Plan and schedule content calendars
• Monitor engagement and optimise content performance
• Collaborate on new ideas to improve brand visibility
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends
• Willing to work overtime and under deadlines

Qualifications

• Previous experience handling social media accounts
• Strong creative mindset with design skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic understanding of social media tools and trends
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for creatives and editing, keeping up with modern market trends.
• Preference will be given to Rajkot-based candidates (On-Site)
