(On site Job) Department: Marketing & Design Industry: FoodTech / E-commerce Reports To: Operation Head / Marketing Manager Openings: 03 Salary: Up to 60000/- P.M Immediate joiner preferred (within 7?10 days) Role Overview We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketing Manager to join our in-house marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective social media strategies that drive engagement, build community, and enhance brand visibility across all digital platforms. You?ll play a key role in shaping our brand voice online, creating compelling content, and analysing performance to continually improve our social presence. A passion for food, digital trends, and storytelling is essential for this role. A willingness to work in a startup environment, take on new challenges, and contribute to building a brand from the ground up will be a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities Design digital assets for marketing campaigns, including banners, social media creatives, emailers, and performance ads Develop visual content for merchant onboarding and training materials Support the sales and merchant acquisition teams with customized pitch decks, presentations, and marketing collateral Ensure brand consistency across all design touchpoints Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to deliver high-impact visuals Maintain and manage a library of design assets and templates Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and industry best practices Must-Have Skills Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) Hands-on experience with social media management and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.) Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills. Basic knowledge of digital marketing and content strategy. Ability to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns for reach and engagement. Creative thinking with an eye for detail and aesthetics. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment ? Preferred Qualifications Bachelor?s degree/diploma in Marketing, Communication, Media, or a related field. 5 years of experience managing social media platforms for a brand or agency.
