Role Overview: We are looking for a strategic yet hands-on Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team. This role needs someone who can manage multiple brand handles, build effective content strategies and lead campaigns that actually move the needle. You will collaborate closely with our content, design and video teams to ensure every piece of communication feels on-brand and delivers impact. From planning monthly calendars to coordinating client approvals and analyzing performance, you will be at the center of it all, making sure strategy and creativity go hand in hand. Key Responsibilities: Build and execute social media and content strategies tailored to each brand?s goals. Plan monthly content calendars and campaign ideas that align with the brand voice. Coordinate with in-house teams (designers, content writers, video editors) for timely execution. Manage client communication, briefs, approvals and regular performance reviews. Track analytics, identify what?s working, and tweak strategies for better engagement and reach. Stay updated with trends, formats, and platform features to keep content relevant. Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in social media management or marketing (agency experience preferred). Strong understanding of content strategy, campaign planning, and brand communication. Hands-on experience with tools like Canva and basic AI tools for content ideation or optimization. Prior experience in coordinating with designers, writers, and editors to execute ideas effectively. Good grasp of social media insights and analytics to track and improve performance. Excellent communication and client servicing skills. Organized, proactive, and able to handle multiple accounts. Creative mindset with an understanding of trends and pop culture. Brownie points: Hands-on experience with ad placements and basic campaign optimization on Meta, Instagram, or Google.
