About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Marketing Manager who can lead organic social media growth strategies for Real Estate and Hospitality clients.

If you understand brand storytelling, platform algorithms, and how to build engagement-driven communities — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

-Develop and execute organic social media strategies aligned with business goals

-Plan and manage monthly content calendars for Real Estate and Hospitality brands

-Create, curate, and oversee engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.

-Drive organic growth through reels, trend-based content, storytelling, and engagement strategies

-Maintain consistent brand voice and community interaction

-Monitor insights and generate performance reports

-Coordinate with design and content teams for high-quality creatives

Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform algorithm updates

Requirements

-Minimum 2+ years of Marketing Agency experience (mandatory) handling both Real Estate and Hospitality clients

-Strong understanding of organic growth strategies and content planning

-Proven experience in scaling social media accounts organically

-Hands-on experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Canva AI, and Lumen5

-Strong communication and client management skills

-Creative mindset with innovative marketing ideas

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
