Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Manager located in Ahmedabad. The manager will oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of our social media strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and implementing content strategies, curating engaging posts, managing and optimizing social media profiles, tracking the performance of digital campaigns, and fostering positive communication with audiences. The role also entails collaborating with other teams to align social media efforts with the brand?s overall goals. Qualifications Experience in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) Strong Communication and Content Strategy skills Proficiency in Digital Marketing, with a focus on increasing brand engagement and visibility Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven decisions Familiarity with social media tools, analytics platforms, and emerging trends Strong creative and organizational skills Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Experience working in the education, childcare, or events industry is an added advantage
