About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and data-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our brand presence across digital platforms. The role involves content planning, campaign execution, performance tracking, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute social media strategy across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube

Create and manage content calendars aligned with brand campaigns

Coordinate with designers, videographers, and content teams for creatives

Write engaging captions, scripts, and campaign messaging

Manage paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, etc.)

Track and analyse performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions)

Optimise campaigns based on data insights

Engage with the audience through comments, DMs, and community building

Collaborate with influencers and creators for campaigns

Stay updated with the latest social media trends and tools

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in social media marketing
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube algorithms
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager and campaign optimization
• Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Adobe, or similar
• Good copywriting and communication skills
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data
• Experience in handling events or campaigns is a plus
