Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Executive, located in Coimbatore. The role involves designing, publishing, and managing engaging social media content across platforms, overseeing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and audience engagement, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize strategies. The candidate will also work collaboratively to align social media efforts with broader digital marketing initiatives and ensure brand consistency across all activities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
• Experience in Digital Marketing and general Marketing practices
• Strong written and verbal Communication skills
• Ability to analyze social media performance metrics and optimize campaigns
• Familiarity with tools for social media management and content scheduling
• Creative mindset and a passion for staying updated on industry trends
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow brand presence across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and Pinterest
• Plan and execute social media strategies and content calendars
• Create concept-based campaigns, reels, and engaging posts
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
• Monitor social media performance and generate insightful reports
• Coordinate with design, video, and content teams for campaign execution
• Manage community engagement, messages, and comments
