Role Description The Social Media Marketer role at Hybridig Marketing Solutions is a full-time, on-site position based in Kozhikode. This role involves planning and executing social media campaigns across multiple platforms, managing daily posting schedules, and optimizing content for engagement and reach. The Social Media Marketer will monitor channel performance, analyze metrics, and adjust strategies to improve results, while coordinating closely with content creators and designers. Responsibilities include community management, responding to audience interactions, collaborating on digital marketing initiatives, and staying updated on platform trends and best practices. The role also requires regular reporting on campaign outcomes and contributing ideas to enhance brand visibility and performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimisation (SMO), with experience managing brand pages and campaigns.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategy aligned with business goals and audience needs.
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing principles, including basic understanding of paid campaigns, analytics, and performance tracking.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for clear messaging and effective collaboration with internal teams and clients.
  • Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube), content scheduling tools, and analytics dashboards.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and an interest in visual storytelling and brand-building.
  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, and prior experience in an agency or digital marketing role.
