Job Description-
We are looking for a result-driven Social Media Manager – Performance Marketer with 4–6 years of full-time experience in managing paid digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in performance marketing, with hands-on experience in Meta Ads and working knowledge of Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
The primary responsibility of this role is to plan, execute, optimize, and scale paid digital media campaigns to achieve measurable business outcomes, while also supporting social media management to maintain a strong brand presence across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing:
• Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads (overview).
• Develop data-driven media strategies to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.
•Implement full-funnel campaign strategies from awareness to conversion.
• Optimize ad creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
• Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI and campaign performance.
• Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, audiences, and copies.
• Implement advanced tracking and attribution strategies to measure campaign success.
• Execute audience segmentation and retargeting strategies to improve conversion rates.
• Monitor competitor campaigns and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge .
Data Analysis & Reporting:
• Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and advertising platform dashboards.
• Generate performance reports with actionable insights for internal teams and clients.
• Continuously optimize campaigns based on data insights to improve results.
• Identify new growth opportunities and scaling strategies.
Collaboration:
• Work closely with design, content, and marketing teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
• Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure campaign objectives are achieved.
Social Media Management:
• Assist in planning and managing social media calendars across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Coordinate with content and design teams to create engaging social media content.
• Schedule and publish posts across social media platforms.
• Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages.
• Ensure consistent brand communication across all social media channels.
Qualifications & Skills:
• 4–6 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, primarily in Meta Ads.
• Working knowledge of Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong understanding of campaign optimization, audience targeting, and performance analysis.
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and reporting tools.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines efficiently.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
