Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Lucknow for a Junior Brand Manager. The Junior Brand Manager will support the development and execution of brand strategies to enhance brand presence and market position. Responsibilities include conducting market research, assisting with creative concept development, managing projects, collaborating with designers and strategists, and analyzing campaign performance. The role also entails maintaining client relationships and contributing to social media and content strategy initiatives. Qualifications Knowledge of Brand Strategy, Content Strategy, and Social Media Strategy Skills in Creative Direction, Art Direction, and Concept Development Proficiency in Graphic Design, Web Design, and Motion Design Strong understanding of Research, Evaluation, and Market Analysis Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills Ability to work collaboratively within a team and meet deadlines Experience in a similar role or industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Design, Business, or relevant field
