Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for managing and growing the company’s online presence across key social platforms. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing social media campaigns, creating and scheduling posts, optimizing content for engagement, and monitoring performance metrics. The role involves coordinating with the planning and creative teams to source event photos and videos, developing content calendars aligned with marketing goals, and responding to comments and messages in a timely, professional manner. The Social Media Manager will also track trends in the wedding industry, experiment with new formats and features, and provide regular reports and insights to support brand visibility and lead generation.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage campaigns and increase engagement and reach.
  • Ability to develop effective Content Strategy and plan content calendars aligned with brand and business objectives.
  • Excellent Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, engaging posts and interact with followers and clients.
  • Experience using social media analytics tools, basic knowledge of design or video editing tools, and familiarity with major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.).
  • Prior experience in social media management, preferably in events, weddings, or lifestyle sectors, and the ability to work on-site with flexible hours when needed.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
