Role Description The Social Media Manager at Wedding Asia is a full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement. Day-to-day activities include developing and executing social media campaigns, managing posting schedules, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing content for reach and interaction. The Social Media Manager will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align social media initiatives with marketing goals, respond to user comments and messages, and stay updated on trends in the wedding and lifestyle space.
Hands-on experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max, and Remarketing campaigns.
Ability to plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns to generate leads, website traffic, and conversions.
Knowledge of keyword research, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and campaign budgeting.
Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on ROI, CPC, CTR, conversions, and overall campaign effectiveness.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing page recommendations.
Stay updated with the latest Google Ads features, trends, and digital marketing best practices.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to plan, execute, and refine campaigns across platforms.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned messages for diverse audiences.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to design cohesive content plans, manage calendars, and align social activity with broader marketing objectives.
- Candidates should have experience with social media analytics tools, basic graphic or video content creation, and an understanding of current digital trends.
- Relevant experience in fashion, lifestyle, or wedding-related brands, along with a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, is preferred.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced on-site environment.
