Social Media Strategy & Management Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with the company?s brand, sustainability goals, and marketing campaigns. Manage daily posting and engagement on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and YouTube. Monitor trends and opportunities in environmental and sustainability communication to keep the brand relevant and engaging. Content Creation & Design Create visually appealing posts, videos, and infographics to raise awareness about recycling practices, circular economy, and waste segregation. Collaborate with the design team or use tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) to produce high-quality visual and video content. Write compelling captions, blogs, and short stories that communicate environmental impact in simple and relatable terms. Community Engagement Respond promptly to comments, messages, and public inquiries on social media. Build relationships with environmental influencers, eco-communities, NGOs, and sustainability advocates. Promote CSR campaigns, awareness drives, and recycling collection events through digital platforms. Analytics & Reporting Track social media analytics, campaign performance, and audience engagement using tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, and Hootsuite. Prepare monthly performance reports highlighting key metrics, growth, and recommendations for improvement. Collaboration Work closely with the marketing, CSR, and operations teams to highlight the company?s achievements and recycling impact. Support content for website, newsletters, and digital campaigns. Qualifications & Experience Education: Bachelor?s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Environmental Studies, or related field. Experience: 1?3 years of experience in social media management, preferably in sustainability, environmental, or corporate communication sectors. Preferred Tools: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer. Key Skills Strong creative writing and visual storytelling ability. Passion for environmental sustainability and recycling awareness. Good understanding of SEO and digital content trends. Excellent communication and community engagement skills. Data-driven approach with ability to interpret analytics and insights. Performance Indicators (KPIs) Growth in followers and engagement rate across platforms. Increased participation in sustainability campaigns and initiatives. Consistent and positive brand presence online. Quality and consistency of published content.
