Role Overview We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and trend-aware Social Media Manager who can manage and grow our brand presence across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and more. You will be responsible for: Daily content planning & posting Reel creation ideas + script drafting Managing the brand?s overall visual style Increasing followers & engagement Running basic ads (optional) Creating content calendars Analyzing performance & improving strategy If you are obsessed with storytelling, aesthetics, and digital branding ? you will shine here. Key Responsibilities Create engaging reels, carousels, and posts Maintain a consistent posting schedule Study trends and convert them into brand content Manage comments, DMs, and community Collaborate with the founder for brand voice Improve reach, engagement, and conversions Write high-quality captions in clear English Requirements Strong understanding of Instagram & YouTube Ability to create or guide reel editing Good sense of design and visual identity Basic knowledge of Canva/CapCut/Photoshop Good communication skills Creative mindset + attention to detail 1+ year experience (preferred but not mandatory) Bonus Skills (Not mandatory) Experience in running Meta Ads LinkedIn content strategy Copywriting skills Basic analytics/reporting Salary / Stipend Flexible ? based on skill & experience.
