Role Overview: We are looking for a Social Media Manager who understands all major platforms inside out and can create engaging content that resonates with different audiences. You should be a trend-savvy strategist, a creative storyteller, and an expert in platform-specific best practices . From writing beautiful, engaging captions to knowing the latest viral trends , SEO for YouTube , and growth strategies ?this role requires a mix of creativity and analytical thinking. This is a one-month internship with a full-time opportunity based on performance. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and emerging platforms like Threads & TikTok (if applicable) . Write engaging, platform-specific captions that align with brand tone and audience interests. Stay ahead of trends, viral content, and platform algorithm changes , and apply insights to content strategy. Develop and implement content calendars and posting schedules to optimize engagement and reach. Utilize SEO for YouTube and other platforms to maximize organic reach. Collaborate with the design team to create visually compelling content. Analyze performance metrics, track growth, and optimize strategies for better engagement and follower retention. Plan and execute social media campaigns that drive traffic, conversions, and brand awareness. Engage with the audience through comments, DMs, and community-building strategies. Research competitors and industry leaders to refine content strategies. Requirements: Strong knowledge of all major social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices . Excellent copywriting skills ?ability to craft captions that connect and engage. Understanding of social media trends, memes, and viral content strategies . Basic knowledge of SEO for YouTube, hashtags, and discoverability strategies . Ability to strategize and create content that drives engagement and conversions .
