We're looking for a Social Media Manager who lives and breathes content, understands what makes a thumb stop scrolling, and can translate brand strategy into posts people actually want to share.

What You'll Do

• Own and manage social media calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms for multiple client accounts
• Develop platform-specific content strategies that go beyond pretty graphics — think storytelling with purpose
• Write sharp, on-brand copy that sounds human, not corporate
• Collaborate with designers, motion designers, and videographers to bring content to life
• Monitor performance metrics and turn data into actionable insights
• Manage influencer relationships and coordinate campaigns end-to-end
• Stay ahead of trends, algorithm changes, and cultural moments — and act on them fast
• Be the day-to-day client contact for social media deliverables

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience managing social media for brands or at an agency
• A portfolio that shows range — B2B and B2C, different tones, different industries
• Strong copywriting skills in English (Hindi is a plus)
• Comfort working with tight timelines and last-minute changes (it happens, we won't pretend it doesn't)
• A genuine curiosity about brands, culture, and what makes people tick
• Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Later, or similar scheduling platforms
• Basic understanding of paid social is a bonus
