Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Manager based in New Delhi. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day social media activities, creating engaging content, implementing content strategies, optimizing social media performance, and managing campaigns across various platforms. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with teams on branding initiatives, analyzing social media metrics, and identifying trends to enhance audience engagement and ROI.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Social Media Marketing, including platform management and audience engagement strategies
• Strong Communication skills for clear and concise messaging and collaboration with internal teams
• Experience in developing and executing Content Strategy aligned with business goals
• Proficiency in Social Media Optimization (SMO) to enhance platform performance
• Demonstrated Writing skills for creating engaging and high-quality content
• Analytical mindset to measure and improve the effectiveness of campaigns
• Proficiency in relevant digital tools and platforms, such as social media management tools and analytics platforms
• Prior experience in managing social media for brands or agencies is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
