Job Title: Social Media Manager & Strategist

At PRAG, we drive impactful communication strategies for corporate and political clients. We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and analytics-savvy Social Media Manager & Strategist to join our team and elevate our clients’ digital presence.

Role Overview:

You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing social media strategies across platforms for various clients. From content planning to performance analysis, you will ensure campaigns are engaging, consistent, and aligned with client goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative, data-driven social media strategies tailored to each client’s brand and objectives.
• Create monthly content calendars and ensure timely execution across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, etc.).
• Collaborate with the design team for creatives and videos.
• Stay on top of digital trends, platform updates, and industry insights.
• Manage social media accounts including scheduling, posting, and community engagement.
• Track performance, prepare monthly reports, and suggest data-backed improvements.
• Work closely with the internal PR, design, and strategy teams to align communication efforts.
• Identify opportunities for growth, engagement, and cross-platform campaigns.

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of proven experience in social media management and strategy.
• Excellent understanding of platform-specific content and algorithms.
• Strong written communication and storytelling skills.
• Basic understanding of SEO, paid social, and analytics.
• Ability to think creatively and strategically while managing deadlines.
• Prior experience in an agency or multi-client environment preferred.

Good to Have:

• Basic graphic design or Canva skills.
• Experience with political or issue-based campaigns.
• Knowledge of influencer collaboration and campaign execution.
