Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a results-driven social media strategy aligned with company

goals.

  • Manage and create content for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter,

Facebook, and YouTube.

  • Work closely with the marketing and design teams to produce engaging graphics,

videos, and campaigns.

  • Increase brand visibility and drive engagement through organic and paid campaigns.
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, applications, and best practices to keep content

fresh and relevant.

  • Analyze key metrics, prepare monthly reports, and suggest improvements.
  • Handle online reputation management and community engagement.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in managing social media accounts,

preferably for an IT or tech company.

  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn

Campaign Manager.

  • Strong knowledge of current social media trends, best practices, and algorithms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to improve performance.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in B2B marketing and lead generation through social channels.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and content promotion.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or Sprout Social
