The role involves managing all social media channels, creating engaging content, analyzing performance metrics, and driving brand awareness and customer engagement. ? Key Responsibilities: Social Media Strategy & Management Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals. Manage daily operations of social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). Plan and schedule content calendars ensuring timely and consistent posting. Community Engagement & Customer Interaction Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner. Build and nurture a vibrant online community to enhance brand loyalty. Manage social media crises and maintain brand reputation. Campaign Development & Execution Plan and execute paid social media campaigns and promotions. Work closely with the advertising team to maximize ROI on social spend. Stay updated with social media trends, algorithm changes, and emerging platforms. ? Key Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms Creative mindset with good graphic design and video editing basics (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) Analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
