At Illusory Design Studios, you won’t just manage pages — you’ll build campaigns, shape brand voices, and turn ideas into real engagement.

What you’ll do:

• Brainstorm scroll-stopping content and campaigns

• Track trends, formats, and algorithm changes

• Write engaging captions and develop content strategies

• Manage and grow brand social media accounts

• Coordinate with designers and ensure creative quality

• Analyze insights and optimize performance

We’re looking for someone who:

• Understands social media beyond surface level

• Has strong content writing and creative thinking skills

• Pays attention to trends, insights, and audience behavior

• Is proactive, curious, and idea-driven

This isn’t a “just post and log out” role.

You’ll experiment, execute, and see your ideas go live and perform.
