HyFun, a leading brand in frozen food in India with exports to more than 50+ countries, is seeking to strengthen its Marketing Team. We are looking to fill the Social Media Manager position based in Ahmedabad.


Position/Profile Title: Social Media Manager


Grade: Deputy Manager


Experience: 12 to 15 years


Location: Thaltej, Ahmedabad


Critical/Special Exposure: Worked in a social media agency or worked on social media for a brand (FMCG/FMCD/Auto/Retail/Fashion/Beauty/QSR)


Desired Area of Expertise: Strong creative thinking and content creation skills, with an eye for design and the ability to craft compelling copy.


Critical/Special Exposure: 8-10 years managing consumer-facing social media accounts, preferably within the FMCG or food sector, or equivalent experience in a social media agency.


Purpose of the position: Take ownership to drive the social media footprint for HyFun


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Platform Management: Instagram, YouTube, X (formerly Twitter), Pinterest, and other emerging platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice and engaging content across all channels.


  • Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and execute content strategies tailored to each platform, focusing on creating visually appealing, shareable, and engaging content that resonates with our target audience.


  • Agency Coordination Creative Development: Act as the primary liaison with the advertising agency, coordinating creative development, ensuring timely delivery of assets, and maintaining alignment with brand vision and objectives.


  • Influencer Management: Work closely with influencers and agencies to plan, execute, and optimize influencer collaborations.


  • Collaboration: Work closely with other marketing verticals to amplify the initiatives via social media.


  • Reporting: Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to track performance, identify trends, and optimize strategies.


  • ORM/CRM: Monitor online mentions, reviews, and feedback about HyFun Foods across all digital platforms. Integrate and manage CRM tools to track customer interactions, preferences, and feedback across social media platforms.
