The Social Media Manager is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai, responsible for driving social media strategy and engagement across various platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing content calendars, developing creative campaigns, optimizing social media performance (SMO), and using analytics to measure impact. The candidate will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and foster audience growth and engagement through innovative content strategies.

• Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong Communication and Writing skills for engaging and impactful messaging
• Experience in designing and implementing Content Strategies that align with brand goals
• Proficiency in using analytics tools to track and improve social media performance
• Ability to stay updated with the latest social media trends and best practices
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Experience managing social media accounts for brands is highly desirable
