Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Manager. The selected candidate will be based in Kolkata and will have the flexibility to work from home on a limited basis. The Social Media Manager will create, manage, and optimize social media strategies to drive engagement and growth. Responsibilities include developing content strategies, creating and scheduling posts, monitoring analytics, and engaging with audiences across various platforms. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align social media activities with broader marketing goals and staying updated on industry trends is expected.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong skills in Content Strategy and Writing
• Excellent Communication skills for audience engagement and collaboration
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and adapt strategies based on insights
• Knowledge of social media tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with emerging trends in social media and digital marketing
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred
