Social Media Manager

📍 Location: Mohali (Work from Office)

🕙 Timings: Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

💰 Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000/month (Based on experience)

We're looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Social Media Manager who loves storytelling, understands social media trends, and can turn ideas into engaging content.

Our goal is to create content people genuinely love, build an engaged online community, and host meaningful events that make a real impact.

What You'll Do

• Plan and execute social media content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Shoot, edit, and publish high-quality reels, videos, and posts.
• Create engaging captions, carousels, and stories.
• Maintain a consistent content calendar.
• Stay updated with social media trends and turn them into content opportunities.
• Build and engage our online community by responding to comments and messages.
• Cover events, workshops, and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Collaborate on creative campaigns and brand launches.
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on insights.
• Ensure all content aligns with our brand voice and visual identity.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has prior experience managing social media accounts.
• Is highly creative with a strong eye for aesthetics and storytelling.
• Can confidently edit short-form videos and create engaging visual content.
• Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Is organised, reliable, and able to meet deadlines.
• Takes ownership and enjoys bringing fresh ideas to the table.
• Is passionate about building brands and communities, not just posting content.
• Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is eager to learn.

Bonus If You Have

• Experience growing social media accounts organically.
• Knowledge of Instagram, LinkedIn, and content strategy.
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Express, or similar).
• Experience covering live events or creating behind-the-scenes content.
• An understanding of analytics and performance metrics.
