Role Description: The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media calendars, writing copy, coordinating visual assets, monitoring comments and messages, and responding in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess 2-3 years of experience in social media strategy, content planning, and campaign management across major platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Candidates should possess skills in copywriting, content creation, and basic graphic design or asset coordination for social media posts and ads.
• Candidates should possess skills in social media analytics, performance tracking, and reporting using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
• Candidates should possess skills in community management, including audience engagement, comment moderation, and customer interaction in a professional and timely manner.
• Candidates should possess skills related to digital marketing fundamentals, including SEO awareness, paid social advertising, and integration with broader marketing campaigns.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
