Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage video content strategies across YouTube, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms to enhance our digital presence. Working with the marketing and design teams is key to aligning content with our brand strategy. Responsibilities - *Content Strategy and Creation*: Develop engaging content ideas for social media platforms including YouTube, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts, considering video content strategies. - *Brand Alignment*: Work with marketing and design teams to ensure content aligns with brand strategy. - *Stay Updated with Trends*: Keep abreast of trends in video content, social media, and digital storytelling to keep our content fresh and engaging. - *Manage Social Media Presence*: Oversee our social media presence across platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement with our audience. - *Support Video Content Efforts*: Assist in promoting video content across social media channels. Requirements - Proficiency in Tamil and English (additional languages are a plus). - Strong understanding of social media platforms and their video formats. - Experience in social media management or content creation preferred. - Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling. - Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. - Good communication and presentation skills. Bonus Skills (Not Mandatory but Preferred) - Knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut). - Experience with podcast scripting or social media analytics. - Basic understanding of digital marketing principles.
