Role: Social Media & Marketing Executive (Creative Focus)

This is a full-time on-site role based in Mumbai. The role goes beyond basic social media handling — you will own the brand’s digital presence end-to-end, from content creation to execution and growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute end-to-end social media strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms
  • Create high-quality creatives (posts, reels, stories, ad creatives) aligned with the brand identity
  • Shoot, edit, and publish engaging content (photo + video)
  • Manage content calendar, scheduling, and daily posting
  • Run and optimize paid marketing campaigns (Meta ads, etc.)
  • Improve reach, engagement, and lead generation through smart content and campaigns
  • Engage with audience (comments, DMs, community building)
  • Collaborate with internal teams for campaigns, offers, and promotions
  • Track performance metrics and optimize based on insights


What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong skills in graphic design & video editing (Canva, Adobe, CapCut, etc.)
  • Proven ability to handle complete social media accounts independently
  • Understanding of content trends, reels, and viral formats
  • Knowledge of performance marketing basics (ads, targeting, funnels)
  • Creative mindset + execution speed (very important)
  • Strong communication and content writing skills
  • Ability to think from a growth and conversion perspective, not just posting
  • Hands-on experience in SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and improving organic search rankings.


Bonus Points

  • Experience in student, housing, or lifestyle brands
  • Experience working with influencers or campus marketing
  • Basic understanding of branding and storytelling
