Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Manager based in Mohali district or Kurukshetra. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for strategizing, implementing, and managing social media campaigns across multiple platforms to drive engagement, brand visibility, and audience growth. Responsibilities will include creating and curating content, optimizing posts for greater reach (SMO), monitoring online community interactions, and analyzing performance metrics to refine strategies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to create impactful campaigns
• Strong Communication and Writing skills to craft engaging and compelling content
• Experience in developing and executing effective Content Strategies
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple platforms and campaigns
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with a creative team
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience managing social media for brands or agencies is a plus
