Job Description

Drive the brand’s voice, engagement, and growth across all social media platforms. Develop and execute creative campaigns that build awareness, generate leads, and foster community—all in a fully remote setup.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and manage content across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
  • Analyze engagement metrics and optimize campaigns for growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams for consistent messaging.
  • Monitor trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms.
  • Manage paid social campaigns and community engagement.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3–6 years in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of social media tools, analytics, and paid campaigns.
  • Excellent writing, creative, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with social media automation tools and design software.
  • Proven track record of growing audiences and engagement.
