We are seeking a full-time Social Media Manager to join our team in Indore. This on-site role involves managing and growing our social media channels by developing and executing effective content strategies. Daily tasks include creating, scheduling, and optimizing posts across platforms, engaging with audiences, analyzing performance metrics, and identifying trends to enhance brand presence. The Social Media Manager will collaborate closely with the content and marketing teams to align digital communication strategies with our brand’s mission.

• Expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) for various platforms
• Strong Communication and Writing skills to craft engaging and brand-consistent content
• Proficiency in developing and implementing effective Content Strategies
• Understanding of social media analytics and the ability to interpret data to optimize performance
• Ability to stay updated with social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly
• Experience with graphic design tools or media editing is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
