Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Gurugram. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our social media strategy across various platforms. Day-to-day tasks include creating and curating engaging content, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, monitoring performance analytics, and fostering community interaction. The role will also involve collaborating with internal teams to align campaigns with brand goals and audience interests.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong skills in Communication and Writing
• Experience in developing and implementing Content Strategies
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and adapt strategies accordingly
• Familiarity with design and video editing tools is a plus
• Knowledge of youth and entertainment industries is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field
