Duties & Essential Job Functions
1. Content Creation & Approval
- Develop, create, and manage a minimum of 25 social media posts per month across all platforms.
- Ensure all content is approved by the Director prior to posting.
- Maintain a consistent, professional, and brand-aligned tone and visual identity across all content.
2. Social Media Management
- Oversee and manage all company social media accounts, ensuring brand consistency and professional engagement.
- Monitor comments, messages, and mentions, and respond in a timely and professional manner.
- Track performance metrics and prepare monthly social media analytics and performance reports.
3. Social Media Posting & Engagement
- Post content regularly and manage daily updates across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter (X), and LinkedIn.
- Actively engage with followers through likes, comments, stories, polls, reels, and other interactive formats to boost engagement and visibility.
4. Video Creation & Editing (Mandatory)
- Edit and optimize videos for social media platforms.
- Ensure high-quality visuals, sound, and storytelling suitable for each platform.
Required Software Proficiency:
- Adobe Premiere Pro
- CapCut
- Canva (Video)
- VN Video
- InVideo (AI)
5. Equipment Responsibility
- Handle and maintain all assigned equipment, including but not limited to:
- Gimbal
- Microphone
- Camera/Phone
- Stand
6. Growth & Engagement Strategy
- Work towards increasing social media presence, reach, and engagement across platforms.
- Utilize relevant tools, trends, formats, and techniques to enhance content quality and audience interaction.
- Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Skills & Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong content creation and video editing skills.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
