We're looking for: 

A social media lead who doesn't just manage platforms but understands internet culture, content trends, audience behaviour, and what makes content go viral. If you're someone who instinctively notices trending formats, saves content ideas throughout the day, and is constantly thinking about how brands can win attention online, we'd love to meet you.

  • Lead Ventura's social media presence across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, Threads, and Telegram.
  • Create content strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.
  • Spot trends early and turn them into relevant, high-performing content.
  • Develop scroll-stopping reels, posts, scripts, captions, and video concepts.
  • Simplify market insights and financial concepts into engaging investor content.
  • Own podcast content planning, packaging, promotion, and distribution.
  • Work closely with Design, Research, Product, and Compliance teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Track performance, analyse insights, and continuously optimise content strategy. 


What you’ll need to bring: 

  • 8+ years of experience in Social Media, Content Marketing, or Digital Marketing, preferably in BFSI, fintech, wealth management, or stock broking.
  • Someone who is genuinely active on social media and understands internet culture, trends, and content consumption behaviour.
  • Proven experience building engaged communities and growing brand presence online.
  • Exceptional storytelling, copywriting, and content ideation skills.
  • Strong understanding of platform-specific content strategies and audience engagement.
  • Ability to simplify complex financial topics into compelling content.
  • Experience with podcasts, YouTube growth, and video-first content is a strong plus.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with YouTube Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and social media management tools.
