Social Media Lead

Role Description

This is an on-site full-time role for a Social Media Manager at Ikon Remedies Pvt. Ltd., located in Nagpur for a Personal Care Brand. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies, creating and curating engaging content, optimizing social media platforms for better engagement, and monitoring online trends. Additionally, the role includes coordinating with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and analyzing performance metrics to enhance online visibility and engagement.

Content & Calendar Management

• Build and execute monthly content calendars aligned with product launches and campaigns
• Plan reels, carousels, and stories that balance Education and Product storytelling
• Schedule and publish content across platforms

Creative Strategy & Reels Execution

• Ideate high-engagement reel concepts
• Write hooks, scripts, and caption frameworks
• Track trends and adapt them to brand tone
• Work with designer/video editor to ensure execution quality

Influencer Coordination

• Identify and shortlist creators aligned with brand values
• Manage briefs and deliverables
• Ensure content remains on-brand and compliant
• Track performance of collaborations

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to effectively engage and grow the audience
• Strong skills in Communication and Writing to create impactful and engaging content
• Experience in devising innovative and result-oriented Content Strategies for social platforms
• Familiarity with analytics tools to measure and analyze social media performance
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Ability to collaborate with teams and adapt to trends in the digital marketing landscape
• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the beauty / skincare industry.
