Job Title: Social Media Lead Generation Executive

Department: Digital Marketing / Sales & Marketing
Location: CHENNAI
Experience: Fresher / Experienced
Qualification: Graduate / Diploma (Any stream)

Job Purpose

The Social Media Lead Generation Executive will be responsible for generating quality leads through social media platforms to support sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Twitter
  • Handle inquiries, messages, comments, and follow-ups on social media
  • Create and post engaging content to attract potential customers
  • Run and monitor lead generation campaigns (organic & paid – if applicable)
  • Identify target audience and groups for lead sourcing
  • Maintain lead data, follow-up status, and daily reports
  • Coordinate with sales/relationship team for lead conversion
  • Increase page reach, engagement, and follower base

Skills & Competencies

  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms
  • Lead nurturing and follow-up skills
  • Ability to meet daily/weekly lead targets
  • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets)

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • Experience in social media marketing or lead generation preferred
  • Freshers with good social media knowledge can apply
  • Knowledge of paid ads (Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn) is an advantage
