Job Title: Social Media Lead Generation Executive
Department: Digital Marketing / Sales & Marketing
Location: CHENNAI
Experience: Fresher / Experienced
Qualification: Graduate / Diploma (Any stream)
Job Purpose
The Social Media Lead Generation Executive will be responsible for generating quality leads through social media platforms to support sales and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and Twitter
- Handle inquiries, messages, comments, and follow-ups on social media
- Create and post engaging content to attract potential customers
- Run and monitor lead generation campaigns (organic & paid – if applicable)
- Identify target audience and groups for lead sourcing
- Maintain lead data, follow-up status, and daily reports
- Coordinate with sales/relationship team for lead conversion
- Increase page reach, engagement, and follower base
Skills & Competencies
- Good communication and writing skills
- Basic understanding of social media platforms
- Lead nurturing and follow-up skills
- Ability to meet daily/weekly lead targets
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets)
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in social media marketing or lead generation preferred
- Freshers with good social media knowledge can apply
- Knowledge of paid ads (Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn) is an advantage
