Role Description The Social Media Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role involves managing social media channels, planning and publishing daily content, and engaging with online communities to build brand awareness and audience loyalty. The Social Media Representative will monitor platforms, respond to comments and messages, and escalate issues when needed. Responsibilities include coordinating with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with broader digital marketing strategies, tracking performance metrics, and preparing regular reports. The role also requires staying current with social media trends, tools, and best practices to optimize content and campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation to plan, publish, and optimize platform-specific campaigns.
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing and Marketing principles to align social media efforts with broader business objectives.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and professional online etiquette.
• Ability to analyze social media metrics, use analytics tools, and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, on-site environment, with strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter) and basic content design or scheduling tools.
• Prior experience in social media or digital marketing roles is preferred; a degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
