We're looking for a creative and confident Social Media Influencer & Content Creator to create engaging real estate content and represent our brand across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Appear in videos and create engaging on-camera content.
• Shoot content at project sites and office locations across Surat.
• Write compelling scripts, hooks, and video concepts for Reels and short-form content.
• Present real estate projects in a simple, engaging, and informative way.
• Follow social media trends and turn them into high-performing content.
• Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute content calendars.
• Participate in content shoots, promotional campaigns, and brand activities.

Requirements

• Comfortable and confident speaking in front of the camera.
• Strong script writing and storytelling skills.
• Good communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi (English is a plus).
• Understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube content.
• Creative mindset with knowledge of trending Reels and short-form videos.
• Experience as a content creator, influencer, or social media presenter is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Surat.
