Social Media & Graphic Design Executive

We are looking for a creative and fast-moving junior team member who understands modern content creation and social media culture.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys designing social media posts, creating reels, editing videos, experimenting with AI tools, and bringing fresh content ideas to the table daily.

You should naturally keep up with Instagram trends, understand what makes content engaging, and be comfortable executing content quickly using tools like Canva, CapCut, and AI-based creative platforms.

Applicants who already create content for their own social media or have a strong personal brand will be given preference.

• Design social media posts, carousels, posters, and marketing creatives using Canva
• Create and edit short-form videos and reels using CapCut and similar tools
• Use AI tools for image generation, content enhancement, mockups, and creative execution
• Assist in creating engaging Instagram, LinkedIn, and short-form content
• Come up with creative reel ideas, hooks, and content concepts
• Repurpose long-form content into short-form social media content
• Maintain visual consistency across different brands and campaigns
• Work closely with the marketing team for day-to-day content execution
• Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, and emerging AI tools
• Support basic social media management tasks when required

• Strong Canva skills
• Basic to intermediate CapCut/video editing skills
• Good understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form content trends
• Familiarity with AI tools for image/video/content creation
• Creative thinking and ability to generate content ideas
• Good visual design sense
• Ability to work fast and meet deadlines
• Basic understanding of branding and social media marketing
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Agency or content creation experience is a plus but not mandatory

• Knowledge of ChatGPT or AI prompting
• Experience creating viral or engaging social media content
• Understanding of personal branding content
• Basic photography/videography sense
• Familiarity with Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Meta content formats
• Candidates with an active personal brand or strong social media presence will be given preference
