Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Executive, based in the Mohali district. The Social Media Executive will be responsible for developing and managing social media strategies, planning and executing campaigns, optimizing social media performance, and content creation. The role requires collaboration with other teams and stakeholders to ensure cohesive brand messaging and engaging online presence across all platforms.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Social Media Marketing and expertise in Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong skills in Media Planning and strategic execution of marketing campaigns
• Excellent Communication and Writing abilities for content creation and audience engagement
• Analytical skills to monitor, evaluate, and optimize social media performance
• Experience with social media tools and platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter)
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Ability to work on-site in Mohali district
• Experience in branding and e-commerce is a plus
