About The Role

We are looking for a creative and AI-savvy Social Media Executive who can manage end-to-end social media operations with a strong focus on AI-driven content creation. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using modern AI tools for scripting, avatar-based videos, and short-form content creation, while also understanding how social media platforms work from a growth and engagement perspective.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end social media management including planning, execution, publishing, and growth
• Create original, platform-native content across short-form and long-form formats
• Script content using AI tools with strong hooks, clarity, and storytelling
• Produce avatar-led and AI-generated videos aligned with current platform trends
• Build and scale social media accounts organically from zero with measurable growth outcomes
• Track content performance and refine formats based on engagement and retention insights
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 1-3 years of experience managing and growing social media accounts
• Strong AI-driven content creation and automation mindset
• Ability to conceptualize, script, and execute content independently
• Clear understanding of social media algorithms and growth mechanics
• Comfortable working remotely with high ownership and accountability

• Avatar & AI Video Creation: HeyGen, Runway, Sora, Google Veo 3
• Voice & Audio Generation: ElevenLabs
• Design & Visual Creation: Midjourney
• Motion Graphics & Editing: Adobe After Effects
• AI Assistants & LLMs: ChatGPT, Claude
