Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Social Media Executive to manage client accounts, coordinate with the internal creative team, and ensure smooth execution of social media campaigns. The candidate will act as the Point of Contact (POC) for clients, ensuring clear communication, timely delivery of content, and effective management of social media activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for assigned clients for social media-related communication
• Understand client requirements, campaigns, and marketing goals
• Coordinate with the internal design and content teams to execute social media creatives and campaigns
• Plan and schedule social media posts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and others
• Ensure timely delivery of posts, stories, and promotional content
• Monitor social media engagement and performance metrics
• Share regular updates and reports with clients regarding campaign performance
• Handle client feedback and coordinate revisions with the creative team
• Stay updated with social media trends and suggest creative ideas for campaigns

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Good understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Strong communication and client-handling skills
• Ability to coordinate between clients and internal teams effectively
• Basic knowledge of social media content planning and scheduling tools
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in a digital marketing agency or social media management role
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting
• Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, or similar scheduling tools
